Ok, remember the note from the bar from B, telling the other B to meet up with him? Yeah, well after that note, there will be ANOTHER note in the bar (I'm assuming after you killed the brigand but haven't visited the fortress during this time). I'm not going to give the note away just yet, but I wonder if anything continues after that, or they just leave it at that?

I can't really remember finding another note after the meeting one - but well I don't recall actually searching for it....

But since you mentioned it I'll keep it in mind for next time I play the game.

Thanks smile.gif

As far as I can remember, there are only two notes. Unfortunately, I don't remember what the second note says. So... what does it say? *curious*

It says...

DON'T LOOK IF YOU DON'T WANT TO SEE...

B - The new adventurer is getting nosy. Deal with him. - B

After the note, the narrator says "Wow, someone must've invited you to a card game".

I've only found two. The 1st one telling about the meeting with Bruno and the brigands, the 2nd one I can't remember, but it wasn't anything that would have an effect on the plot, because that I'd remember.
"Fear holds us and binds us and keeps us from growing... It kills a small piece of us each day. It holds us to what we know and keeps us from what's possible, and it's our worst enemy. Fear doesn't announce itself; it's disguised, and it's subtle. It's choosing the safe course; most of us feel we have 'rational' reasons to avoid taking risks... The brave man is not the one without fear, but the one who does what he must despite being afraid. To succeed, you must be willing to risk total failure; you must learn this."

There are ONLY two note. One you get to read the very first day you visit the Tavern and the final one after you've rescued/saved the hateful Barnard. This one leads you to their meeting at the Archery Range and if you're good at dagger throwing and 'intelligent' you get the key to the bakdoor of the Banits hideout! lol.gif

Actually, there can be three notes. It happened in the remake version, I'm not sure about the original :

I spied on Bruno's meeting, but didn't kill Brutus. The next day I found the third note. Since you don't get full score or the key this way, well, there's always two notes when I play.

I have only seen the two notes.

The first one says something along the lines of:

B - Hold off for a bit - she's starting to get suspicious - B

The second one says something like:

B - Meet me at the archery range at noon - urgent! - B

confused.gif What is the 'adventurer' one? Do you mean the first one about 'holding off on the meetings'?

From the sounds of it, there is a 3rd note which you can see if you spy on Bruno and Brutus, are noticed, but run away. I have never seen the note before... but I might try this out, and if I do get it, I will post a screenshot of the message. smile.gif

Will play again and read it biggrin.gif But then (I hope Brutus doesn't disappear lol.gif ), if you don't get any score points why wait another day to get the key? wink.gif

Another excuse to play, to be a Hero once again jestera.gif

I was curious, I just had to know what the message said... so I went ahead and played through until I was able to see all three of the notes. smile.gif

Here is the first note you can find:

This is the second note after you have freed the Baronet

This is the third note after you have spied on "B & B" but not confronted one of them:

Your thoughts after reading the third note:
