Why, I do believe it's Megaman and Protoman... Dunno... Haven't played the games in a while, and Bob and George was 8-bit for a while, so I've slacked off on my MegaMan knowledge...

Elsa, it's from the Megaman X game series (the artwork being from X8), which is my favourite game series outside of QFG and other Sierra series. The red haired reploid (basically an advanced robot that can think for itself) is Axl, the blue one is X and the red one with blonde hair is Zero.

Definitely wouldn't mind if it came out as an anime series, though.
