- List those pages that the software finds wasteful (such as a single line of text on a whole page)
- Gives the user the option of specifying whatever text or images (such as banner adds, to save on toner) should be printed
- Can save the modified page as a PDF, so that it can be sent or printed on another computer
The software comes in 3 versions,
- A free non-commercial version
- Home-premium (commercial purposes ok) version
- Enterprise
So, if you print much, and don't like wrangling with print ranges each time you need to print something, then the free version seems like a worthwhile install.
